explosive arrows

I am trying to make explosive arrows for my warpriest (archer)
How would i do this?

dex 18
con 10
int 10
wis 14
cha 13

i just hit lvl 4

Buy or make splintercloud arrows. For a real explosion you'd need to play a different class entirely or pay thru the nose for magic arrows, but that should get you started.
