Just putting this here in addition to my question here since it occurs to me this is your preferred format for CS inquiries, yeah?

My subscription order had a pre-backorder Beginner Box in it initially and now it has a post-backorder Beginner Box in it, which is kind of sad for me because I'm hoping to get Ultimate Intrigue before my con this weekend so I have something to read. (Yeah, I know, wishful thinking. *twiddles fingers*) I don't know for sure but I think this is a bad sign for my shipping date?

Anyway, when you have a moment, could you please poke the appropriate switches so that I don't have to wait until July for my shiny new Paizo hardcover? It would be ever-so-much appreciated.

We thought we did, but maybe we didn't! Sharaya says that all the orders have shipped, but mine is pending still and the error message still says it's got a backordered Beginner Box in it. Can you please look and see what's going on?
