No -- you have to begin the ritual to summon your eidolon immediately after casting this spell, but you cannot perform the ritual at that time, so the spell fails.
However, you can cast Summon Eidolon to bring him back temporarily during that time. It is only around for the duration of the spell and is more vulnerable to being dismissed by others, but in some cases that may be enough.
