I don't know of any list but, seeing as how there are three characters you can unlock via OP play, I'll just list them here....
Jirelle - complete Season 0 Adventure 1
Enora - complete Season 0 Adventure 6
Alain - complete Season 1 Adventure 6
and, just for completeness, the ability to unlock Arushalae was a GM boon for GenCon.

Most characters are unlocked when certain adventures have been completed. (Not seasons!)
Jirelle - Swashbuckler (Rogue deck) unlocks after completing Adventure 0-1 (SotS Lost at Seas adventure)
Enora - Arcanist (Wizard deck) unlocks after completing Adventure 0-6 (SotS Hurricane Weather adventure)
Alain (and Donahan) - Cavalier (Paladin deck) unlocks after completing Adventure 1-6 (SotRi The Last Crusade adventure)
Arueshalae - Spy (Succubus) (Rogue deck) was unlocked as a special GM boon from GenCon. :-)
No unlocked characters have been hinted at in Season 2 - Season of the Runelords as yet.

Hey there
No one in my group has ever played OP, but we are considering it while we wait for Mummy's Mask to be released.
We did not realise there were any character restrictions.
I will finally read through the OP rules, but could you please confirm there are Character restrictions and offer any insight as to Why?
Thanks

The character restrictions are in regards to the class decks. In order to play in the Adventure Card Guild, each player must have their own class deck. You can play any character out of that class deck, or any character you have unlocked as explained above.
The primary reasoning is that since the Card Guild is organized play, you can take your ACG character and class deck anywhere and play. That would be far more difficult to do if you are taking cards out of the base box for characters and for upgrades to your deck. Using only the class decks means that base boxes remain intact.
It also is a regulation issue. If each class only gets to use cards from their own deck box, then everyone playing across the Card Guild is operating on precisely the same level. It is the same explanation for the regulation in PFS play.

Hello! Thanks for considering giving OP a shot.
The characters that are used for OP are from the respective class decks. If there's a copy of your character in a base set, then you can use them as instead of the one from your class deck. For example, you could use Kyra from the Rise of the Runelords or Wrath of the Righteous base sets with the class deck because Kyra appears in the class deck.

Tanis, quick question about Arushalae:
I play in a playgroup that isn't part of a organized play in our area but we follow pretty strict to the OP rules. I was thinking of letting people in our play group play Arushalae using the Rogue Class Deck. When the boon was given out at gencon, how did the award go? Was she able to start out with her owner cards as well?

GM Reward, Duty Is Its Own Reward: Unlock the ability to play Arueshalae in Season of the Righteous. Before the first time you play her, choose whether to play her as a starting character, or as a Tier 4 character in Adventure 4 and higher scenarios. If you play her as a starting character, you do not gain access to her Owner cards until Adventure 3 or higher. If you play her as Tier 4, choose 3 skill feats, power feats, and card feats, and choose a role and gain another power feat. Only one player may play Arueshalae in a session.
(Clarification: The Owner cards referred to on the Reward are the Loot cards. You still start with the Arueshalae's Gift cohort. )

Except when I'm not. Which happens more often than not when it comes to this game, I feel.

Clarified by Keith several posts above. You DO get to start with her cohort, but not with her weapon/item/etc Owner cards.

You are the governor!!! Cheers!
So if we choose her to be a tier 4 character, how many deck upgrades does she receive?

In the interests of conspiracy theory-ing, I interpreted Keith's response here as the possibility of a Zadim unlock. ;-)
