Humble Bundle Beginner's Box

Hi! I bought the Humble Bundle for the Pathfinder stuff on Friday the 26th, but I haven't gotten an email saying that the payment went through, only one that says it's pending. My account hasn't been charged and doesn't have a hold. The order number is 3873201.

Correct, they are on backorder. The Humble Bundle Beginner Boxes hit the backorder point much more quickly that we ever would have guessed.

It looks like your order was submitted after they hit they point. We don't finalize charged until items are processed for shipping, so now that the order is submitted, we won't try the card again until the warehouse tries to process it to ship.

Sidetone: f you don't want to worry about it coming off of your card at unexpected time, we recommend purchasing a gift certificate in the amount of shipping, applying that to your own account as store credit, and then let us know to apply it to that order. Then it will charge to the store credit upon shipping, rather than your card.

I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed in the cost of shipping. If you'd like, there are some explanations of shipping costs that can be found in this thread, as explained by our Chief Technical Office, Vic Wertz.

If you'd rather not pay for shipping, there are also those who have volunteered their Beginner Boxes to be donated to charity, rather than shipping to them. If you'd like more information about that, you should be able to find it in the thread here.

So poking around in the forums I see a few different shipping dates for the beginner box. Is it possible to get an update on mine, or is there a thread which lists them (order number -> date for instance).

I assume the comic bundle miniatures have a similar delay?

Your order is one of the ones waiting for the reprint.

As for the miniatures we still have plenty of boosters so if you get the comic book Humble Bundle we should be able to get it shipped out in the normal time.

That is something we haven't looked into yet. In previous years we have only been able to have subscription orders picked up at GenCon, not non subscription orders.

The current estimate is that the orders will be shipping between now and mid to late July. We cannot provide estimates for when any specific order may ship within that time frame.
