Can someone steal an unattended object while incorporeal? the way incorporeal is worded it makes it seeem like you just cant pick up attended objects/perform thesteal combat maneuver

Incorporeal creature usually only have some attacks that can damage a living creature through the use of negative energy/ability drain.
