I redeemed two separate physical gift codes from Humble Bundle in the same order, though only one of the items is listed in my order history and I can't redeem the code again. The item that is not appearing is the miniatures booster pack; the beginner box shows up as expected.
Was there an issue with my order or is my issue just related to the site having troubles with the recent traffic increase?

Thanks for letting us know! I took a look and was able to get your order up and running, so if you go to your Humble Bundle Redemptions page, you should be able to enter in the shipping and payment information before finalizing your order.

To be clear for anyone else reading this thread, this is an issue we need you to email us about because to fix it we need the redemption code that isn't working (which is not something you should post online in a public forum). Since we try to answer emails in the order they are received posting here will not impact the time it takes for us to fix your code.
