Nothing in the actual rulebooks as far as I recall, but you're probably thinking of this FAQ.

Best I could come up with is the rules for a forced march. Fort save (DC 10+2 for every successful save) every hour or 1d6 no lethal damage, if you take damage you are fatigued. If you cure the damage, the fatigue is cured as well. As with any fatigued condition, if you are subject to another effect that would make you fatigued (i.e. taking more non lethal damage from a failed save) you are exhausted, then unconscious.

Given that I have done the whole sleep-deprivation thing during my stint in the Army years ago, I can give you a little real world look at things. Going for 24 hours without any sleep will definitely cause the Fatigued condition. Going 48 hours without any sleep (depending on the endurance of the individual) will most likely cause the Exhausted condition; however, some folks could very well avoid Exhausted and retain the Fatigued condition. Anything beyond 48 hours without sleep will cause the Exhausted condition and potentially the Sickened condition. Also, I would recommend at that point the PCs should begin making Fort saves every hour with an increasing DC with each check.

There are implications that not sleeping for long enough causes the fatigued condition (NPC's not sleeping using restoration to remove the fatigued condition, etc.). Though nothing specifically says how long or what is the implication of it.
Actually, the duration's listed in the condition's description. Fatigue lasts until you get 8 hours of rest, unless it's specified otherwise.
And again, rules-wise, there's this FAQ.
Sleep: What penalties happen if a character stays up all night without sleep?
The character is fatigued.

Fatigue from Lack of Sleep
Characters who do not get a full night's sleep may suffer the effects of fatigue. If a PC does not get at least 6 hours of sleep, she must make a DC 15 Fortitude save or be fatigued and take a –1 penalty on all other checks and saving throws against sleep effects. A second night without sleep requires another DC 15 Fortitude save. A failed save results in the character becoming exhausted and the penalties increasing to –2. A third failed save on the next night increases the penalties to –3.

Pathfinder Core Rulebook doesn't have concretely defined rules for missing sleep.
One Adventure Path has optional rules for handling PCs who miss sleep, but its rules are non-Core.
Here's what the srd has to say on the matter.
