looking for Aquatic Elves info in Golarion setting.

I'm thinking of doing an all (well mostly) underwater campaign, and I'm looking for potential aquatic races for players to run. I've seen Aquatic Elves mentioned in a few places, but no stats or significant background. Any info would be appreciated, preferably with the book and page#.

Inner Sea World Guide - 25 ("Aquatic elves are identical to normal elves, save that they have the aquatic subtype, the amphibious special quality, a swim speed of 30 feet, and replace the standard elf weapon familiarity with proficiency with rapiers, short swords, tridents, and any weapon with the word “elven” in its name.")

They have a role in Hell's Rebels AP. I believe it is book 3, Dance of the Damned.

Inner Sea Races also has some info on them.

However -- that information is fairly skimpy, so I would not pick up that book just for Aquatic Elf info.
