The text for the first part of the feature says the sensei can effect all allies within 30 feet rather than himself and only has to spend ki once. Right after it describes for the 6th level feature using Advice and activating a ki power simultaneously.
Does that mean the Sensei can share his or her ki powers with allies? Like true strike or abundant step or wholeness of body?
Not talking about the second part about evasion, because that's more clearly worded.

I'm a little confused about what you're asking. Your title and post seem to be asking about different things.
6th level lets you give an ally your monk abilities that need to be activated and cost ki. That would include both standard monk abilities like wholeness of body and powers from other archetypes. For example, if you take True Strike as a Qinngong power you would be able to give an ally the benefit of True Strike by spending a ki point as a standard action.
(I believe since it says it uses your advice ability you would also spend a round of advice, and would not be able to use another type of advice on the turn you grant the ki power.)
10th level lets you give an ally specific passive abilities. Since you don't spend ki to activate evasion, you can't give your friend evasion at level 6 - but you could give them evasion at level 10.
