I'm about to start a new campaign and have toyed around with a silly idea I've had for a Sorcerer, mainly making it into a summoner, but would love to hear what other people might have to say about it, since I'm not super experienced when it comes to playing.

Nothing obviosuly wrong
I would not take Still spell at level 19 , it's main use is to allow casting while grappled. Just get a ring of freedom of movement at that level. A feat like Summon Good/evil/neutral monsters or expanded summon monster would be more useful
It may also be better to replace Improved counter spell with another feat but that because personally I rarely use or see counter spelling used
Skill focus is the sad necessity for Eldritch heritage. I presume you are going to be summoning demons a lot otherwise the greater eldritch heritage is not much use, if you are summon Evil Monsters (which requires you to be evil) or Expanded summon monster to add more demons to your lists would be very nice.
Summon evil monsters also makes summon monster a standard action , although playing an evil character may well be too much of an issue

Which of the other bloodline feats would you replace Still Spell and Improved Counterspell with? Mind you, one big reason why I took Still Spell is to reach the prerequisite of having three metamagic feat for Spell Perfection.

I Highly recommend the Occultist Arcanist.
You have already resigned yourself to Sorcerer Casting Progression. The Occultist Gives you the Ability to Summon Monsters for 1/minute per level. This makes summoning worth it. You would also end up with more feats and skills going Arcanist as well over Sorcerer.
Summoner is another class but it is not a full arcane caster and requires you to not only track your summons but also an eidolon which is basically another character.
I highly recommend Craft Wondrous Item.
What Alignment are you rolling with? Evil I am presuming for the Superior Summoning + Greater Eldritch Heritage (Abyssal [Added Summonings]) combo I am assuming. I just feel it is not worth it tho. and here is why:
1: Summons really do fall off into the late game. They are nice little distractions and added SLAs and abilities but they usually die in a round of focus. I do not feel the +1 more (evil only) body is worth a 4 feat investment. In the late game it is going to be your other spells that turn tides.
2: Its 4 freaking feats. You can accomplish great a many more things with 4 feats.
Lastly Spell Perfection of SM 9 is a complete waste and here is why:
Benefit: Pick one spell which you have the ability to cast. Whenever you cast that spell you may apply any one metamagic feat you have to that spell without affecting its level or casting time, as long as the total modified level of the spell does not use a spell slot above 9th level. In addition, if you have other feats which allow you to apply a set numerical bonus to any aspect of this spell (such as Spell Focus, Spell Penetration, Weapon Focus [ray], and so on), double the bonus granted by that feat when applied to this spell.
You can not add anything to SM 9.
TO get free quicken spell you can't use a Spell higher than level 5 (unless your rocking Meta magic reducing traits.) I would recommend a spell you could Use Dazing and Quicken spell on.
