Per the release schedule, the PDF for SotRu adventure 1 isn't going on sale until March 23. The February 16 date is for Venture Officers and stores that have signed up, and the scenario is delivered directly to their downloads from what I recall.

skizzerz is correct.
All VOs should have gotten the first two scenarios delivered in their download area and an email notification. Same with stores that signed up for Organized Play.
Until the first scenarios are compiled into an Adventure (which happens when all the scenarios of an adventure are released), there won't be any product showing up on the page. (So don't expect to see anything until mid-March.)
I am a VO and I do not even have the Season 2 section showing up on my download page. I have put in a email to customer service, but is there a better way to go about addressing the issue?
The reason behind this week's delay is trying to address the immediate needs of our Humble Bundle launch. VOs should expect this week's download notification later today. If you're a VO that's completely missing products, please ping me directly at chris.lambertz@paizo.com and I'll see what I can do.

"Per the release schedule", March 23 came and went and the page is still BLANK. Now what am I missing?
Sorry for the inconvenience! I've found the rogue issue causing that page to just decide to give up displaying anything. The adventure should be showing up now.
