Hello guys,
I will start GMing Hell's Rebels and Hell's Vengeance on the next week, so, to introduce my players to the game, I've created a video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-6XE2kUbBc
On the video, you'll find myself narrating in Brazilian Portuguese, but don't worry, I've put English subtitles.

Nice work!
I do have two minor nitpicks, though, with the map. Cheliax never controlled Druma, and its control in Varisia embraced some, but not all, of Korvosa's holdings north and west of the city. Korvosa currently controls the towns of Abken, Baslwief, Biston, Harse, Melfesh, Palin's Cove, Sirathu, and Veldraine. Of these, Abken was not founded, and Sirathu not conquered from Kaer Maga, until after independence, but Cheliax would have controlled all the others.
Using this map for reference, if Korvosa's holdings in Varisia are everything outlined in, and tinted, red, Cheliax's holdings would be everything outlined in, and tinted, black. And of course Cheliax's holdings would extend south and east into Nidal and Nirmathas, just as they do in your map.

Nice work!
this map
The link is not working =/
About Druma, I just figured out I've included it now!
This was supposed to be my map, but somehow I've lost the source when I was adding Sargava and ended doing another one too fast, and incidentally added Druma.

I was not sure about Varisia as well, so I took a river above Korvosa to be the frontier.
I didn't find anything about the Cheliax's hold on the Hold of Belkzen. So I just took a river again.

Extremely nice. Where did you get the map @ 4:27?
This is a matter of taste but what I would have done differently is tell the story through the characters' eyes. I doubt they (or anyone) know what happened 10k years ago, or that Aroden was a dude from Azlant (except maybe from religious myths).
I would have told the story in the terms of culture and power. Who rules who, and what the ordinary Chelish life is like.

The map came with the first Hell's Vengeance adventure.
Well, I'm used to start every pathfinder campaign with a bit of scenarios backstory help get things out. But I should agree with you your way is really interesting.

Rune, I'm from São Carlos/SP. Nowadays I play mostly on roll20. Where are you from?
There is a very active Brazilian Pathfinder Group on facebook. It's a good place to meet Brazilians Pathfinders.

I've put the first episode on my YouTube channel if someone has interest to see (it's also in portuguese).
There are some episodes for Hell's Rebels and Jade Regent too.
