Do the skills granted by Overwhelming Soul get the bonus from Skilled Kineticist?

No since they don't come from the element, but they are accessible for greater skilled kineticist since they are added to the kineticist class's class skill list, so you can, for instance, use your fire to stoke up others' passions.

I have been reading Greater Skilled Kineticist wrong all this time.

Okay, that ability just got a lot better in my eyes.
