Mounted Archery + Stable Gallop

Your AC penalty when charging is halved. The penalties on ranged attacks made by your rider are reduced by 1 when you take a double move and by 2 when you run (minimum penalty of 0). Your rider gains a +4 bonus on concentration checks caused by your motion.

Which reduction comes first when you make ranged attacks?

Which Mounted Archery? The feat, or the samurai class feature?

Feat.

Huh. What if you stacked Mounted Archery, Mounted Archer, and Stable Gallop?

Mounted Archer (Ex)

At 4th level, the samurai becomes skilled at firing ranged weapons while mounted. A samurai only takes a –2 penalty on attack rolls with ranged weapons while his mount takes a double move. This penalty increases to –4 while his mount is running.

If you want to know please ask in another thread. I'm trying to figure out which feat has the priority on effecting the penalty for a character that's not a samurai.

Well they all stack, no? You could say the penalty is halved, then the penalty is reduced by one, then it's set back to -2 and -4. Or that it's reduced by one, halved, then set back to -2 and -4. You're asking an order of stacking question, and this is something that gets stacked.
