Is the Rondelero Swashbuckler the archetype of the swash that uses a Falcata, or are you referring to the Rondelero Duelist, the fighter archetype that uses a Falcata?
If the former, the unavoidable issue with the Swashbuckler is that is greatly favors high crit ranges over crit modifiers (they get rewarded for critting at all, but a good chunk of their damage doesn't multiply on a crit so a high modifier is irrelevant).

The Swashbuckler Archetype, and that was my conclusion as well.

The rondelro swashbuckler is a great way to make a Falcata based warrior who uses TWF with a Falcata and Buckler. Swashbuckler 6 / other full-bab x would be a solid foundation with several free feats. Ignore Precise Strike except when you can't full-attack and you have a a powerful melee combatant with the best weapon in the game.
If you were going to dip just one level, Inspired Blade is much better.
If you were going to go full swashbuckler, I wouldn't take either.

At 6th level, as a full-attack action, a falcata swashbuckler wielding a falcata in one hand and a buckler in the other can alternate between using his falcata and his buckler for each attack. This does not grant additional attacks or incur penalties as two-weapon fighting does, and does not cause her to lose his Armor Class bonus from her buckler.
The reason I feel is is the line "as a full attack action..." Meaning it's its own full attack action and I'm not sure it'll work with a normal full attack that allows 2wf.
