Hello,
I am new to this whole subscription thing and am wondering if I was supposed to get an authorization email yet. I can see that I now have an order number and that my card has been charged.

Yes, you should have gotten an order confirmation email for this month's subscription order. It looks like it sent it our system on 02/05/16 at 12:34pm (PST). I'll go ahead and resend it too.

I would recommend checking your junk mail folder and settings to make sure you are getting emails from us.
