Holy killer Seymour, Batman!

This botany class has given me a half-dozen monster ideas.

Man, plants are creepy as hell.

Bus trip ran late. I didn't get home until 10PM. Of course, then I had work at 12AM ....

THE WORST OF THE BUNCH

Someone needs to make a Leshy out of it.

Hug the vomit plant!

Edit: of course it's from Australia, because why wouldn't it.

I love how you use colors in all your artwork.

Yeah, I heard about that. Only 52. Hopefully it wasn't something stupid like drugs.

A note mentioned that police investigates possibility of suicide, so drugs might be on table too...

He had a strap around his neck. I'm thinking maybe it was one of those foolish auto-asphyxiation deals

Hey FHDM. You need to fix that weather dominator. It's 95 degrees!

I know. It's insane.

It will be barely 70 degrees on Saturday.

I recall Jess Door was freaked out by the conservatory encounter in my Ravenloft PbP. Plants can be awesomely creepy.

I'm a little weirded by the pedestrian accident in Times Square. I was at that very spot at roughly that time just two days ago.

Was it an accident or intentional? I've not heard much about it, not having access to television news. And I don't really trust FB to be very accurate news-wise.

Ugh. Will this day ever end?

Patience, patience. It will.

Seems to have been a drug-induced and/or psychotic episode.

Whatever the cause, it's a tragic incident.

Accident.

And you were the second person in thought of. The first being my friend who works there.

On a lighter note, my passing through Times Square earlier this week may have included one of the gayest moments in my life.

I was trying to pass through and one of the painted ladies almost plowed into me headed the other way, and I got really annoyed.

A topless woman... was blocking my path... and I was annoyed by that...

You are married, after all...

Well, anyone blocking your way annoys you. I'm not sure I would feel less annoyed if it was a topless woman. It's not like her exposed breasts are some magical hypnotoadian McGuffin that would make her rudeness less so.

I mean, if some guy without pants got in your way it would likely annoy you nonetheless, right?

So, my day was finally over. Sadly, my new day has begun anew. The stupid bus company keeps sending me on these trips that end up being eight-hour extravaganzas. Thus, I am, yet again, dealing with roughly four hours of sleep. It's manageable, but I am tired. Especially with this being the second day in a row this has happened.

I am so ready for a vacation

Man, just heard about Chris Cornell this morning. So sad.

Fantastic day yesterday, I was officially diagnosed with both obstructive sleep apnoea and hypertension … this on top of my existing heart issues. It’s kind of annoying when you lead a healthy life style and still end up with these sort of things.

Thanks Sharoth.

It didn’t really come as a surprise, as various checkups and tests over the past 12 months had pretty much led me to believe this was the case, but now its official so I officially need to do something about it …

Dax and Kristen do "Africa"

Back from work...

Already?

Oh, yeah, today tonight is Night Of Museums with museums being open past midnight so I am going to work again on 18:00 and will leave around 0:30.

Yesterday, while raking another pile of grass, I was seriously considering doing a Kickstarter later this year or early next year, for funding release my monsters as a bestiary.

Then I returned home, took a nap, rethought it and found that I made an error in calculating the costs. By an order of magnitude. Yeah, that basically quashed it. Getting $3,000 on KS for a bestiary might be realistic, getting about $10,000 I think is highly unlikely without some bigger (and easier to pronounce) names participating...

~jumps and has a guilty look on my face~ Errr... Your back?!? Already?!? Ummm... Good to know. ~whispers to myself~ It is too soon. He will know. He will know! ~quietly walks away~

I do like my new phone, but the only flaw in it is that the Samsung Galaxy S8 uses a different USB charger end than the Micro USB.

...and I left that part at home. So that is why you have not gotten any texts from me, Patrick.

S8? They already reached S8?

I think S6 was introduced while I worked as phone repair company...

Or was that iPhone 6?

Meh. It's not 1950. We are innundated with pictures of decolletage. and nudity. I'm not all that excited about seeing breasts.

Now ... TOUCHING breasts.... that's a monkey of a different color ;)

All good. I've been in a semi-comatose daze watching the Netflix Marco Polo series and catching up on Hulu's A Handmaid's Tale ... *shudder*

That certainly is not happy news Mothy. Can the docs do anything to ameliorate the conditions for you?

And to add just a bit of salt to the wound, yesterday was my birthday. Which I feel like I didn't have. Because I worked all day. And when I wasn't working, I was sleeping. And Chris Cornell died.

But, I have been invited out tonight. And tomorrow night. And next week is PaizoCon. And because I have so many hours I should be getting a nice fat sum deposited in my bank account right in the middle of it. So there's that ...
