So, reading TreantMonk's guide on monks, and I might be reading this wrong, it says that Flurry of Blows can be used with Shuriken, since they are thrown weapons and are treated as ammunition.
But that got me thinking. What if I get Quick Draw and Throw Everything and bought a buttload of Kamas. Could I use the Kamas in the same fashion I would Shurikens...? Because, if so, my damage might go up quite a bit and it would only cost me two feat.
OR, if I am a Harrow Warden monk and I have Quick Draw, does that mean that I can Quick Draw and Flurry of Blows with multiple Starknives? These have a range increment of 20 ft, so it seems more legit.
Or is it specifically because shuriken are ammunition?

If you have quick draw and enough thrown weapons you can throw as many as you can get per round. This includes flurry of blows.
I recommend the Deer Horn Knife and ignore throw anything though.
The Deer Horn Knife is not something monks are naturally proficient with, right? So I'd have to burn an Exotic Weapon Proficiency feat on it.

Because shuriken are ammunition, you do not need quick draw. If you have a feat, class feature, or archetype that allows you to treat another thrown weapon as a monk weapon, then you could combine quick draw and flurry of blows for that weapon. Likewise, if you had multiple monk weapons with the throwing magic weapon property, you could do the same.
I do not believe that Throw Anything will let you use Flurry of Blows to throw melee monk weapons, however. These weapons, in my humble opinion, are still improvised weapons when throw; Throw Anything just allows you to avoid the -4 penalty when using these improvised weapons.
However, I am not sure how a strict RAW interpretation here works. The crux of the debate would seem to focus on if you can still use a weapon's feature when using it in an improvised fashion. Clearly, not all features can be used in all circumstances, e.g. when throwing a orc double axe, in my humble opinion one cannot make use of its double weapon feature.

You can only FOB with a weapon designated as a "monk" weapon, which a Deer Horn Knife would not be. I am not sure whether a "monk" melee weapon, such as a Kama, would be considered to be a "monk" weapon when it is thrown.
Deer Horn Knives are monk weapons.
An unchained monk is proficent in any weapon with the monk property, which Deer horn knife is. A crb monk would need to gain proficency somehow.
Ah, gotcha!

From 1d2 to 1d6 equals +2 average damage. Two feats for that's a total waste.
What you might do is go unchained monk with ascetic style and deer horn knife (or rope dart, or starknife with harrow warden). You replace the weapon damage with your unarmed strike damage and could even take rapid shot.
Requires a lot of feats, though - Precise Shot, Deadly Aim, PBS, Rapid Shot, Weapon Focus, and Ascetic Style. Weapon Adept (yes, Unchained Monk should be able to take Weapon Adept or Harrow Warden since it only replaces class features that weren't changed) might be a good idea.
