Does precision damage stack?

Rules Questions

I am currently running a dex based investigator with one level of swashbuckler. I was wondering if I was to take two more levels of swashbuckler, would the precise strike stack with the investigators studied combat and/or the studied strike?

yes

Yes. ^_^

Yep, what they said.

That said, two more levels of Investigator are probably a better bet.

The two levels of Swashbuckler give you +1 BAB over the Investigator and +3 damage...but the two levels of Investigator give +1 each to hit and damage from Studied Combat, so only -2 damage, and Swashbuckler gives little other advantage (I guess there's Charmed Life...but that has issues), while the Investigator gets an Investigator Talent and two levels of 'casting', plus more skills and a Favored Class Bonus.

Really, that just doesn't look worth it on the Swashbuckler levels.

I can tell you from experience that the higher-level investigator extracts are totally worth it.

Thank you.
