There's a joke in there that you might not have gotten. (King of Thieves; Ali Baba ...)
btw, MyFly, they are NOT the King of Sleeves. They split, they peel. They don't stand up to a lot of use. They are the only "official" Pathfinder card sleeve, though. And that's why I sleeve all of my cards with them. And I've started to stock more for the next set.

Yes, using the Broken Token insert, you can fit the entire base set, character add-on and all the adventure decks into the box.
For the class decks, I have two solutions. Ultra-Pro makes a 4-card per page binder that the entire class deck fits in. It runs about $10. The other solution is the Ultra-Pro 100+ deck box. That's a cheaper solution. They come in 5 colors.

So I understand that your sleeved cards fit in the broken token box well. However how do you store the class deck cards? And do you sleeve those as well?
I have them double-sleeved and in deck boxes for use in Guild play. However, if you don't need them separate from your set and you have an insert you can fit a few in the box.

Oh, way more than that! I use them for Class Deck storage as well, and on my desk right now, I have dark blue, purple, brown, dark green, light green, clear, black, orange, and light blue.
Paizo.com doesn't have clear, dark blue, dark green, black, or orange at the moment, but we do have the rest I listed, plus pink, white, yellow, and red.
Ultra•PRO's website also has Aqua, Blackberry, Fuchsia, Lilac, Peach, Light Pink, and Bright Yellow.
If you manage to track them all down, then, that's at least 20 colors. Considering our 20th Class Deck is still being designed, you could have a different color box for every Class Deck for some time to come!

I think you're confusing the Ultra-Pro (Solid) Deck Box with the Pro-100+ Deck Box. I have all the colors and use them for lots of stuff. The 100+ are only five colors and will fit the class deck when sleeved. Sadly, if you sleeve your class deck, it won't fit in the smaller, solid color deck boxes. (I use them for Magic when I build themed decks plus for PACG for extra sleeves and promo cards and my pawns.)

The smaller deck boxes work as long as you only sleeve the deck itself and not everything (so you really only have 18-25 cards sleeved at any given point in time, counting character cards). It even has room for some extra sleeves for stuff you acquire during the scenario. Source: that's what I did for my class decks.

Agreed. And a couple of my players to that.
But since my personal class decks (the ones with characters I play) are in the binders, the class decks that I allow other players to use are in the deck boxes. That means I don't want to think about rotating sleeves as needed ... just sleeve the entire deck and move on. I have about three players that forget their decks from time to time.

Bad marketing strategy. Now customers will only buy 20 class decks and no more, because there are only. 20 different colours available;-)
What should you do then after the 20th?

I guess we'll have to start inventing new colors for Ultra•PRO. First up, "squeece"—a shade of pinkish blue-green.
