I am reviewing the pregen sheets and it looks like the level 4 pregen bard Lem isn't a legal build.
1) Both Acrobatics and Stealth skill points don't add up. (Each requires a extra skill point)
2) Looks like there are an extra 2 skill points in addition to the above (4 total extra skill points) which are being used he doesn't actually have.
3) Should have an additional language
I might just be misreading the sheet, but it looks off.

Was curious about some of the pregens.. such as the 15 point Alchemist back in the day (when it was legal).
It's massively out of synch with some of the stuff. (like 200+ gp worth of gear, even accounting for making all his alchemical stuff)
There are several Pre-Gens with 'broken' things.
I tried to prep up a few scenarios for a play thru by building them in Hero Lab encounters. Strictly working from NPC/Bestiary versions with tweaks MANY NPCs are way broken.
Too many or too few skill points. Not enough hp/too much, no matter what way you apply templates/favored classes. Too few feats.

A bard with 14 Int should have 6+2=8 skill ranks per level, so 32 total...
Bluff +12 (+4 Cha, +3 class, +4 ranks, +1 trait)
Climb +1 (-1 Str, +2 racial)
Diplomacy +11 (+4 Cha, +3 class, +4 ranks)
Knowledge (arcana) +10 (+2 Int, +3 class, +3 ranks, +2 bardic knowledge)
Knowledge (nobility) +10 (+2 Int, +3 class, +3 ranks, +2 bardic knowledge)
Perception +2 (+2 racial)
Perform (comedy) +11 (+4 Cha, +3 class, +4 ranks)
Perform (wind) +11 (+4 Cha, +3 class, +4 ranks)
Sense Motive +7 (+3 class, +4 ranks)
Stealth +11 (+2 Dex, +3 class, +4 size, +2 ranks)
I count 32 skill ranks. No shenanigans here. Lem is still missing that second bonus language, though. Seems his FCB went to hit points.
