Not sure if this is better in here or house rules but here it goes.
I'm looking to offer rituals as potential faction rewards at certain points from the various factions that exist in my home game but I'm trying to figure out a good zone for something like that to occupy. What is the minimum amount of fame even the lowest ritual should require, what about the prestige cost? Assume that the prestige and fame progressions are similar to that of PFS (between 4-6 points a level) but beyond that I'm interested to hear ideas.

Well, Pathfinder Society has rules for several healing type spells
and their costs in the Pathfinder Society Field Guide and they all have no required fame score. Personally, I think they’re way too cheap so I changed them in my homebrew games.
I generally have spells lvl 1-4 cost 2 PP and have a fame requirement of 15, 5th – 6th lvl spells have fame req 25 and cost of 4 and I only have one fame award that allows you to bring someone back (Back from the Dead, fame req 35, cost 20, Raise Dead as 5th lvl spell).
So say, lvl 4 rituals might require similar things, 15 fame, 2 PP and 6th lvl rituals req 25 fame and 4 PP, or perhaps more or less than that considering that rituals are very powerful, costly, time consuming things that can have devastating effects if they fail.
