Player asking about Eldritch Scion Magus Archetype

Good day everyone! I'm hosting a Pathfinder Society event for a new area and I've had a player come to me with an issue that I wanted to see if I could get cleared up considering it is PFS and not a home game.

I have looked on the boards already for an answer but as a GM for PFS I wanted to know my course of action concerning this issue:

Eldritch Scion gets bonus spells from their Bloodline, taken from the Bloodrager bloodlines. When they do this it starts at 7th level for the Magus and they start by receiving the 10th level bonus spell from the bloodline. They then get a bonus spell for the next 3 levels at 9th, 11th, and 13th.

That's all cool, until they get to 13th level and they get no spell since the Bloodrager doesn't get more than two extra spells after they're 10th level one.

I am wondering what I need to tell my player and how I need to handle it since I've not run into an issue that hasn't been addressed on the PFS boards before.

This question was marked as answered in errata even though it wasn't. I would just use it as written and ignore getting a bloodline spell at 13.
