As per my orders and the email received Feb. 6th.

I just received an email stating the following items were shipped:
1 x Pathfinder Pawns: NPC Codex Box
1 x Pathfinder Flip-Mat: Falls & Rapids

What happened to the remainder of my order? Please do not tell me that I will have to pay additional shipping costs. Shipping to Alaska is expensive enough, which is why I placed all these items on the same order in the first place.

Per your email confirmation:

Will ship via USPS Priority Mail in 2 packages

Each package will have its own shipping email when it ships out. To keep options as cheap as possible, our system will split orders into two packages if the shipping is cheaper than combining it all in one box. In the case of your order, it is cheaper to ship it in two packages than in one. USPS can only ship it in two packages so combining it into one would mean it has to go UPS at over double the cost of two USPS packages.

Mine has the Has shipped but does not track vs the tracking number. Also items I ordered After the City of Locus was shipped has arrived. The UPS tracking site says to contact the sender. Not sure who to contact


I suggest either calling customer service (the phone number is on this website someplace easy to find), or post your own thread with your own order number.
