Can Spiritualist Phantoms Get A Disease?

Was recently playing a scenario where my Phantom was bitten by a creature that passes on a disease. I cannot see anywhere where it talks about diseases regarding Incorporeal or ectoplasmic creatures. We played as if it could but am looking for the rule for future scenarios.

Technically, there's nothing stopping it. It's one of the silly things about making them outsiders instead of undead.
