My mother purchased an on line Paizo gift card for me but doesn't know how to get the funds to my account. The order number is 3800775.
How do we go about handling this?

She will need to log into her account. On the My Account page, on the right hand side there will be a section called My Gift Certificates. If she clicks on that it will take her to a page where she will be able to see that gift certificate and the redeem code for it. She can download a PDF which she can print out or email to you (or she can just tell you the redeem code as that's the part you need). Then you will log into your account, click on My Gift Certificates, and put that redeem code into the the field that says Redeem. That will turn it into store credit on your account.
