Hello!
Here are some questions about staves:
1) How can I use metamagic? And also can I use metamagic rods?
2) Class abilities: what about sorcerer's bloodline powers (when you cast a spell with fire descriptor you add +1 to daage per dice and so on)? And what is about admixture school of wizard, for example? Can he change the type of energy of "Staff of Frost" for example?
And the main question: what does it mean "when YOU cast a spell" with spell trigger items?
Thanks!

1) You can't, and no. You're not casting spells, you're activating a magic item.
2) Still no, for the same reason.Bonus question: It means nothing, because you're not casting a spell, the item is.

Here for the general rules about activatig magic items.
here for the specific rules about staves.
Relevant part:
Using Staves: Staves use the wielder's ability score and relevant feats to set the DC for saves against their spells. Unlike with other sorts of magic items, the wielder can use his caster level when activating the power of a staff if it's higher than the caster level of the staff.
So:
1) your feats and casting score affect only the DC of the spell cast by the staff, not other factors.2) You use your level if it is higher of that of the staff.

The bloodline thing:
it modifies the spells you cast. not those cast by items. it applies to all the spell you cast if you have multiple spellcasting classes, but only to those that come from you.
Sorcerer: Do the bonuses granted from Bloodline Arcana apply to all of the spells cast by the sorcerer, or just those cast from the sorcerer's spell list?
The Bloodline Arcana powers apply to all of the spells cast by characters of that bloodline, not just those cast using the sorcerer's spell slots.
General rule: If a class ability modifies your spellcasting, it applies to your spells from all classes, not just spells from the class that grants the ability. (The exception is if the class ability specifically says it only applies to spells from that class.)
