So, some of the creators, as well as the books themselves, basically say for GMs to take liberties, and if the PCs want to recruit a normally not-recruit-able NPC (such as Zea or Clenchjaw from the first book), you should let them.

So I'd like to hear ideas for small bonuses these NPCs could provide. Something that isn't game-breaking, but makes the PCs feel like they do something. Just off the top of my head:

Zea: She is well-connected in the Devil's Nursery and can help sway the Tieflings of the city to the PCs cause. She provides an additional supporter in the upkeep phase until the supporters number 600, at which point most of the Devil's Nursery is on the PCs side.

Clenchjaw: His dislike for talking politics reminds people to be cautious and not talk about things. He provides a +1 to all secrecy rolls, but his attempts to keep people from talking dampen some enthusiasm for damage, reduce all security rolls by 1
