Iconic Heroes 4 Lirianne is missing a hand + pistol

Merry Christmas! I hope your holiday was good (Paizo staff is off until the 28th).

My Lirianne is missing the pistol & hand from her outstretched arm, so I'll need a replacement. I've got the receipt.

However, for damaged Pathfinder Battles items, you'll almost certainly be sent over to Wizkids Customer Service. Expect decent, if slow, service - about 4-6 weeks, in my experience.

WizKids website doesn't have an entry for Pathfinder iconic heroes, so it's impossible to make a replacement parts request. They've also got a 90 day limit for requesting replacement pieces.

Hi Autoduelist,

As the Pathfinder Battles line is a licensed product, and not our product, you'll generally need to work with WizKids for replacements. If I recall correctly, it can take them some time to put newer releases in the replacement system (I want to say about 6 to 8 weeks after the street date).

If you bought it from a retailer other than Paizo.com, you need to go through WizKids.

If you bought the set from us, please provide us with the order number of the purchase, and we'll see what we can do to assist from there.

I purchased from Uncles Games in Redmond Town Center (near Paizo HQ), so I'm afraid I'm out of luck.

I think it's a bit unfair that WizKids puts a 90 day limit on returns based on purchase date if it takes them a few weeks to get the return system set up to process customer requests.

The 90 day limit isn't enforced. I'd also suggest messaging their Facebook page. The person in charge of that page has forewarded replacement questions to the correct person multiple times for me in the past.
