Not unless there is something in Hell's Rebels that I don't know about.

But most likely not, given the fact that AP is anti hell. The AP that follows that, where Cheliax gets its revenge, is the most likely place to find such material.

Currently, only Demon lords and some of the major dieties have obedience. That and Milani (due to Hell's Rebebls)
