Telekinesis houserule - multiple objects

Homebrew and House Rules

Normally with Telekinesis spell's Sustained Force or Telekineticist's Basic Telekinesis ability you can affect only one object, even when you're high level and can move very heavy stuff. I'd like to houserule it to allow moving multiple objects.
So my question here is, would that be too strong?

Probably not. The violent thrust version is like a less-controlled combat-oriented version of the "sustained force" version, and it allows multiple items. I'd suggest a weight limit counting all items, like the violent thrust.

Of course, the weight limit is still in place and the multiple objects couldn't, collectively, exceed it.
