I don't think we will ever see anything like this, but I would recommend an archetype where you have access to all elements but treat your effective level as half your kineticist level.

Can it be done? Master of all elements? Who has an answer to every situation?
While not all elements, the Elemental Avatar from Kineticist of Porphyra does a pretty good job of what you're looking for here, treating air, earth, fire, and water as primary elements from 1st level. They do get a slowed progression rate to help balance that out, but it is something worth checking out.
From 1st party stuff, I'd probably say no, since you're at 3 elements max. Three elements can still accomplish a ton though.
