Hello,

I received an email on 12/8/15 stating that my order was slated for shipping. I checked my tracking number and it says it made it to the Fr. Worth Post Office on 12/14 and was no longer tracked. A week later it is still not at my door and I'm concerned it was lost or worse. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck ordering a replacement?

Also, I've noticed that some of my packages in the past are tracked to my door and other times they go to the post office and are no longer tracked. I'm curious why this happens?

Hi there!

It looks like your shipment was sent out via UPS Mail Innovations, which is a service that takes your item via courier to a local post office, and then hands it off to the USPS to deliver it the rest of the way. There can sometimes be a delay when the package is transferred at the post office, which it sounds like is what happened to your shipment.

Typically when this happens, the items still show up but may be a bit late. My best guess for the time being is that the shipment is taking a bit extra because of the increased shipping volume during the holidays.

For now, I've set up a replacement in your sidecart so that it should be automatically sent out with your next subscription shipment. If you do receive your order in the next couple of days, just let me know and I can remove the replacement from your sidecart. Otherwise, it should be all taken care of!
