Help me make my Ghost Rider Cavalier.

I am making a level 9 Ghost Rider Cavalier with a 25 Point Build and 46,000 gold pieces. Should I make a human or Agathon Vulpinal Aasimar?
Should I pick the order of the shroud or the shield order? Can you help me make my character? I plan on meleeing and tanking.

Since the Ghost mount is similar to the spiritist companion do my mount follow its same death rules as the spiritist companion?
