I'm not familiar with any KI powers outside of the Unchained book. I would think that is where you would have to look for such a KI power. As far as I know all the KI powers are not spell related (helping to use spells).
As far as the Ninja, you would have to take levels of either Unchained or standard Monk. I think you would have more success taking regular monk as you have to meet the prerequisites of the Qinggong power.

In the book Ultimate Magic, there are some Ki powers that allow's you to spend ki to use a spell.

And they are very specific, Barkskin, Neutralize Poison, etc. The only way I can see it working is to find a KI power that has a comparable spell KI power and talk to your GM about converting your spell.
