CHA-based Druid or other options?

Advice

Hi all,

I have a character that I'd like to multi-class into something that (in the following order of priority from most to least important):

(1) Gets an animal companion at first level of the class.
(2) Is a spell caster using CHA as the spell stat.
(3) Has a nature theme.
(4) Eventually grants the use of Wild Shape
(5) Preferably has the use of healing spells

The best case for this would be some way to use Cha as the casting stat for a Druid.

If not, I'm guessing some kind of Sorcerer Archetype?

Thanks in advance!

Wildblooded sylvan sorcerer, Oracle of Nature or Lunar are the only casters that use charisma and gets companions.
Lunar kinda has a wildshape ability, in that they can transform as a revelation.

Looks like a Nature Oracle hits the spot; easy enough to change a revelation from Bonded Mount to Animal Companion since what I'm looking for is less powerful.

The summoner and spiritualist might also work, if you were interested in non-animal companions.

I'll take a look at Summoner and Spiritualist as well.

The idea is that the character has been befriended by a fox which is a kind of spirit-animal version of his dead brother (who was killed earlier in the campaign). There are rumours that his brother's spirit still wanders in the Shadow Plane... so a Spiritualist might also work. There is definitely an Occult aspect to the campaign so that might not be a bad direction.

The character (and his dead brother) are half-elves, so the Fey bloodline could be thematic, but the lack of healing spells might kill that idea.

Great ideas everyone.

Spiritualist is actually a great idea, but it's Wisdom based. I might do it anyways because it fits so well. I have Wis 12, so I'm good to level 5-6 anyways in terms of getting 2nd level spells. By the time I'm that level I can up my stats to give me access to level 3 spells.

Otherwise, the character is a fighter with good STR and DEX.

I really like where this is going. Thanks so much!

I was thinking it was CHA for some reason. To be fair, it's the class I paid the least attention to in OA.

there's an archetype that makes it charisma based, Fractured Mind

Second-least for me, but it's amazing how much it works for this character. :)

I pay a lot of attention to the Medium in that book, only because I find the rules for it so frustrating. Maybe one day a story will come along that will cry out for a Medium for me. (!!) I think I'll need to see some more interesting archetypes before that happens though.

You rock.

So now my character isn't actually channeling his brother, but just imagines it, basically. So he's kinda going / gone crazy. Perfect!!

This parallel between rules-based character possibilities and character development is what most has me falling in love with Pathfinder. (I'm a recent convert).

A Voice of the Wild Bard could be interesting.
