Need some help for an upcoming homebrew 3.5 game

3.5/d20/OGL

A friend of mine will be hosting a game soon. He calls it "Everyone is going to hell", the idea of this game is that the gate of hell opens up in our world and would be up to us to get into hell and either save the world or help bring hell onto the world. My friend have also said that anything goes which also means homebrew characters but try to make it some what balance. We would be level 15 to start out, level adjustment would not count and start out with any magical items one would want. There is me and three other people and two already have half of theres done, I can't remeber what they call can do but here is what I know.

One of them have a kinder artificer that could some how steal anything you have no matter what, and the second one is playing what is called Biofighter which is about the same as the Guyver anime. The biofighter guy with no magical items hehave "Vow Of Poverty" and I think "Monster of Legend template added to it. The Biofighter have like 40 STR and Dex, INT 18 and I cant remeber the other stats but his AC is 60. So I am trying to figure out how to match it or come close in some way.

Being in the setting of the game we would be playing I have thought for the hell of it come up with a half angel and half demon very much like Dante in the newer Devil May Cry game. My friend who is DMing this game said I could do it if I come up with a good story for it. The story part I believe I can come up with something good. However I am not sure if there is in fact a race or template that could do that.

So I ask if there is in fact any way I can make the character I am thinking of or if anyone have some suggestions I would be willing to listen.

No one?

I'm guessing its hard for most Paizo folks to wrap their head around a campaign that has a 40 Str and Dex, as well as AC 60; receiving any magic items you want, a character that can automatically steal anything. I suspect the style of gaming is very different than what most D&D players are use to.

Without seeing the Homebrew material, it's VERY hard to help you stay on-par with the others in the group. You don't need to match the Biofighter, just complement him. Honestly playing a high-leveled Cleric with LOADS of Turn-Cheese would do nicely or maybe go Ur-Priest and help bring about Hell on earth? Sounds cool too.

Basically just look up/google v3.5 Cleric Shenanigans and you'll come across some interesting builds. The idea though is that you don't want to do what someone in the party is already doing. The Artificer is going to be making stuff for you guys and taking things of others. The Fighter-guy is going to be up front Tank and dealing lots of DPS. You have very little support in either the Arcane or Divine fronts but I always preferred Healing and buffing as opposed to de-buffing and controlling like most Wizards do. I also like wading in from time-to-time like a Cleric can (and should). Using feats like Divine Meta-magic (Quicken Spell), Divine Meta-magic (Persistent Spell) make MOSt of your spells fast and work ALL day long, thus allowing you to use your gold on more precious things instead of arms and armor.

As for the half-angel/demon thing, the biggest problem you'll face is the severe penalty in Level Adjustment from the templates. You do NOT want to have those. If you feel you MUST be something like that, pick Angelic and go Aasimar. There's two feats (Celestial Bloodline, Celestial Wings: Races of Faerûn) if you want to fly around and Aasimar only have a +1 LA and they get Daylight 1/day, +2 Wis / Cha and no penalty to any other stat. They're also Outsiders AND they have Darkvision. Probably one of the best +1 LAs in the v3.5 game.
