Question about Druids and Animal Companions. Sorry for the length.
So for a starting companion of a Large cat, for a druid of 9th level.

Do I have these stats correct? Am I missing anything?

Your +2 natural armor at 7th level is in addition to the +1 natural armor you start with; if it wasn't, the advancements for companions like Constrictor Snakes and Wolves wouldn't make sense.
Also, it looks like you made a typo in Fido's flat-footed AC, it should be significantly higher.
Did you count the -1 size penalty on attack rolls? It doesn't look like it.
Other than that, everything looks right.

Thank you for the review.. I had completely forgotten about the size adjustment to hit. I have adjusted the AC, the Flatfooted, the natural as well as the Melee bite and Claw.

No more intelligent than any other animal. You have to use Handle Animal to get them to do what you want. Which is easier for the druid to do with their companion, as they get a +4 bonus on the check.

Falxu - No you still need Handle Animal, there's a FAQ.
Link? I don't see such a FAQ.
As far as I understand it, Int 3 isn't what lets an AC understand language - Int 3 is what allows the AC to place skill points anywhere you want, including Linguistics, which training then allows the AC to learn one language (of your choice) that it can then understand.
Because of the Linguistics rank.
Not because of the Int 3.

While I'll admit- for consistency's sake, its placement is wonky, but it is literally the second result when I googled "pathfinder animal companion 3 int". And it comes up very, very quickly in any rules forum you search for on this topic.
Animals remain as animals. So they need handle animal. Knowing language is useful since it lets you give more specific commands ("Go look for Timmy"), but it still needs guidance.
Anyway, handle animal is usually not that huge of a problem. With various bonuses given to you, you might be able to just ignore it completely around level 8 or so.

This is why my T-Rex just uses the heads of BBEG's hollowed out as taxidermied head-puppets and I buy her jackets and hats. I just let her do her thing and we get along -the occasional Handle Animal check is nice, but I treat her better than my party. That INT bump lets her do Perform (Other) as puppeteer, and I use my Perform (Orator) to add narration to her performances. Between her roars, my narration, and two puppets at a time, we can have a pretty good Classical Dialogue to entertain crowds.

Apparently my Google doesn't like me as much as yours likes you. :/
Ty for link. :)
