When one casts a touch spell, one receives a free touch attempt in that round. That's undisputed.
But could you use that free attempt to feint? What about to aid another's attack?
I'm playing a buff/heal oracle, and I don't have that many offensive options. The party fighter has picked up an intelligent sword that has a habit of teleporting him to the other side of the battlefield, and that leaves the rogue without a flank buddy.
I'm considering picking up a wand of inflict light and the Feint Partner feat so that I can double up on that role. Being able to cast AND feint in the same round would be very useful. My GM did let me cast a light spell and, with a bluff check, aid an attack once. (That was amusing.)
Thoughts?

It allows you a touch action, not "a free any random thing you want to do." So no, not allowed as written. I also personally wouldn't say it's realistic enough to houserule either, because touching is built into the whole concept of the spell and is already what you're focusing on, whereas feinting is an entirely unrelated action that would seem extremely distracting to try and do at the same time instead.
Doesn't hurt to ask your GM, though, if he/she would consider it.

Fair enough. :) I'm thinking at my table I might allow it though.
I might at the very least allow them to and another's attack with it. The visual lines up pretty well with the concept of aiding. I cast a spell and swing my hand at you as if to touch you. You don't know what spell I'm holding, but you know it's probably a bad idea to let me touch you. So you move around. While you do that, my ally swings at you (with a +2 bonus now!)
It's a little bit of cheese, I guess. But still fun and probably worth it for the RP (with the right group!)
