Side Cart Items

I have 3 things in a side cart that i was just going to have shipped with my next subscription order (Battle Case) . however i read somewhere that the next Case was pushed back to January. Could you guys just send my side cart items? and if so am i having to pay like $30 for shipping because i don't get my $10 off with my Case Subscription.

I don't see any items in your sidecart. I do see 3 items in an order that was not submitted though. Without being sure those are the items you were talking about I want to make sure before I submitted them and got them shipped. What are the 3 items?

Thank you for letting me know. It looks like those are on the order that was not submitted. I have submitted it and you will be receiving an email confirmation. It is set to ship out right away rather than wait for your subscriptions.

You are correct, because the order is less than $100 it will not have the first $10 shipping discount. The shipping is $23.94.


ahh ok so thats what it is....well the order was $85 ... if thats the case couldnt i just get $15 worth of items and save money?

You would need to add $38.27 for the order to qualify for the first $10 shipping discount (the $85 total is after shipping, and the discount is for items totaling $100 or more).

I'm sorry that we did not see your post from Saturday, but we are out of the office on weekends. It looks like your order #3780723 was already processed for shipping this morning, so I'm afraid it's too late to add anything to it. If you'd still like to order the items in your sidecart, I could grant them free shipping, or I could refund $10 from to your store credit to make up for the First Ten discount that you should have received.

ok well thats a bummer lol..... ok is it possible to cancel the side cart items ....didn't really need them as im going to buy the RoRL Case minis in January.... Only reason they where ordered was to get the shipping discount.
