With a Spiritualist getting two Skill Foci when their Phantom is not manifested, would they qualify for Eldritch Heritage? If so, what happens when the Phantom is manifested?
The rough rule of thumb for feat prereqs is daily access using your own resources, so a spiritualist would qualify using their Phantoms skill focus. However, when the phantom manifests, they would lose access to the entire feat chain, as they no longer meet the prereq. This is like losing access to Power attack if your strength is drained below 13.
