Do wizards get extra spells when they are hasted?
No, the blast is a spell like ability, so haste doesn't affect it. Normally. There is one infusion- flurry of blasts, which allows extra blasts when you are hasted. But that one has all the blasts hit like they are level 1- the infusion is more of a trick shot to apply conditions using another infusion. So yeah- haste helps you get more targets there.
Of course, all of this doesn't quite apply to the kinetic blade. But that has the obvious limitation of being a melee weapon, thus, you need to be close to full attack.
Oh, and elemental annihilators also can benefit from haste. But again- that isn't with a full blast (the one with up to 20d6's being tossed about), but with a kind of blast that has more normal damage. Arrow and sword levels of damage- haste does the same thing for them as it does for any archer, 2hander, or TWFer.
Anyway- feats- with ranged feats, you are pretty much aiming for the ones that don't involve getting more shots out (like rapid shot). Since they don't apply, obviously. So you are more aiming for the ones that improve a shot in general- point blank shot, precise shot, etc. etc.
Deadly shot feat is a bit of a debate. It is your typical power attack style feat- +2damage for -1 to hit, and those numbers increase every 4 hd. For a normal archer, that is fine- if one arrow ends up missing, the next will hit. But with the blast...you have one big shot, and missingthat means you wasted your turn. It falls squarely into the area where you risk losing 60+ damage due to the loss of attack bonus. And the return is 'meh' because you only get the bonus damage on the one hit, rather than on the half dozen hits with an archer.

Kinetic blast:
As a standard action, the kineticist can unleash a kinetic blast at a
single target up to a range of 30 feet.
standard Melee Attacks
With a normal melee weapon, you can strike any opponent within 5 feet. (Opponents within 5 feet are considered adjacent to you.) Some melee weapons have reach, as indicated in their descriptions. With a typical reach weapon, you can strike opponents 10 feet away, but you can't strike adjacent foes (those within 5 feet).
standard range attack:
With a ranged weapon, you can shoot or throw at any target that is within the weapon's maximum range and in line of sight.
if a melee attack can attack multipul times why cant the kinetic blast

Here is the first reason why blasts typically can't.
A kineticist can use wild talents—magical abilities similar to spells but drawn from the kineticist's innate psychic talent and usable at will. Wild talents are typically spell-like abilities (though some are supernatural abilities), and take a standard action to use unless otherwise noted.
So they are standard action SLAs. They are not part of a normal full attack. No haste there.
Now, for the special rules for kinetic blades:
You can use this form infusion once as part of an attack action, a charge action, or a full-attack action in order to make melee attacks with your kinetic blade. Since it's part of another action (and isn't an action itself), using this wild talent doesn't provoke any additional attacks of opportunity.
Kinetic blade is a NON ACTION SLA that can be used for any attacks you would be granted during a normal full attack. Haste increases the number of attacks you can make in a full attack.
I should not- it isn't that huge of a deal. For the msot part, you can probably rely on the first and second hits of the blade. The thing is- in a full attack, you can't gather power. That means you can't gather power, and thus reduce the costs of empower or composite blasts. So, unless you are nova-ing, your two attacks will probably be about the same as the one big ranged blast.

Plus Haste does not grant an extra Standard Action, it only allows one extra attack when making a full round attack action. Therefore standard kinetic blast does not grant additional attacks based on your BaB; it's a special Standard Action.
Kinetic Blade/Whip/Fist change the way kinetic blast works. You can make additional attacks with those options based off your BaB and thus make a Full Round Attack Action and take advantage of Haste.
