what wizard spell to add?

Advice

i plan to play either a oracle (blacked curse, lunar with a super tiger
or a cleric (fire & feather campaign nature god - animal companion as well.)

arcane blood like via eldritch heritage will add a strong item that is enchanted, a free spell per day and ... at level 11 : "
New arcana.
DM allow is to add a single (2 later on ) wizard spells to my spell list.
so... what to add?

New Arcana (Ex): At 9th level, you can add any one spell from the sorcerer/wizard spell list to your list of spells known. This spell must be of a level that you are capable of casting. You can also add one additional spell at 13th level and 17th level.

Eldritch Heritage used in this way doesn't add spells to your class spell list (there's a FAQ) so in order to be able to cast the spells you get from these feats, you'd have to choose spells that are on both spell lists.

I believe he stated that his DM is houseruling it in.

It depends, what do you want to do with your character? Buffing, blasting, battlefield control, debuffing, healing?

Shadow Conjuration or Evocation would be worth considering. You get very few spells, and those are highly versatile.

I think one of the new supplements added a Shadow Enchantment version, but I don't know if that would be quite as useful for a cleric.

Does your party already have an Arcane full caster? What is everyone else playing, and in what combat role? The Fire Domain and Blackened curse suggest you're planning on at least a bit of blasting but more of a general build idea would be useful.

There are plenty of great Arcane spells to spice up your list - Enervation, Black Tentacles, Haste etc. It depends though on what you normally do, what you'll get the best mileage from and what the party lacks.
