Is Path of War part of the Pathfinder Society or is it something that the pathfinder SRD just added?

Path of War is third party, so no - it's not Society legal.

The PFSRD has a lot of third party material.
Pathfinder Lost Omens, Rulebook, Starfinder Roleplaying Game Subscriber

Do not confuse the d20PFSRD with the actual "Pathfinder SRD", which is the PRD.

It is good stuff though.
