Well, to avoid the potentially fatal side effects, you could preemptively use calm emotion to suppress any fear effects and THEN drink the potion. Other than that all I'm finding are high level options like Unshakable Zeal. Magic item options are available, such as triggering a glowing gourd in your likely path of retreat, holding a padma blossom for those of you who have a hand free, or shelling out the 14k for a band of the stalwart warrior.

Generally, outright Immunity is very hard to get. And that is fine.
