My local gaming store is closing the day before thanksgiving and I've been wracking my brain, trying to figure out what scenario would be a good "send off" scenario for the occasion.

4/5 ****

Waking Rune is nice and epic, as is King of the Storval Stairs.

An old retired scenario for no credit could be a fun treat or just a silly romp through one of the replayables, but get everybody to play Ezren.

Merchant's Wake? Or is that too 'double entendre?'

I agree with Rob on those two. If you can pull it off, what about an interactive special? As I recall, the fist two had low table count requirements... Can you pull off four tables of four?

That'd be relatively epic.

Of course, if you don't have enough high level characters for the 7-11s, something like Port Godless (5-9), The Strange Within(5-9),. Finish up with a TPK with In Wrath's Shadow ;). (3-7)

Or something fun like Frostfur Captives?

If you're going to make an event out of, it should be Feast of Ravenmoor (to celebrate Thanksgiving) and to stretch out the last gaming event as long as possible.

That's actually a great idea, Jayson!

Dataphiles 3/5

On the other hand if you do have a fair number of high level players. Eyes of the Ten or Wardens of the Reborn Forge would be cool in that your characters could hit retirement on the same day as the store. Although that's either a couple of sessions or one REALLY long day.

That or Hellknight's Feast or Feast of Sigils. Heck, play them all if you can swing it.

Neither one of these can really be completed in a single day unless you rush them. After playing both, neither one was less than 16 hours of play.

In terms of endings style scenarios Dalsine Affair, way of the Kirin , Weapon in the rift, Fortress of the Nail , Destiny of the sands part 3 for the mythic ending, The paths we choose, Or if you need a seven to eleven finale how about Hall of drunken Heroes

I would avoid Rivalrys End everyone gets burned at the end of that scenario

Liberty's Edge 4/5

#2-21 The Dalsine Affair, and really play up the first two acts.

casting:
Get the store owner to portray VC Muesello for the briefing and first act and some store regulars to play the Dawnflower cultists in the second.

Magic players vs pathfinders as the guards outside the manor

#5-99 The Paths We Choose, with specific chapters.

chapter selection:
run the Exchange, Silver Crusade, and Osiris chapters. Let the store owner play guaril, the autioneer,or the peddler respectively. Let the store employees play the slaves in the silver crusade chapter.

#14 Many Fortunes of Grandmaster Torch: The LARP

Spoiler:
really play up acts 2 and 5. Grab character sheets and dice and walk around the store for different acts. Stash the maps at each location before you get to each encounter and again, cast your employees and owners as the NPCs. Act 2 at an actual checkout counter would be epic.
