Occultist Rules Question

So just a minor point, but one I haven't seen answered, if I take two Illusion implements say but there is only one Illusion spell at a level like 0, do I only get one zero level spell, or do I get one spell and something else?

You only get the one unless they add new level 0 spells. Other implements have the same problem or even worse (Abjuration, which gets Resistance only, which doesn't stack with the Resonant power of the implement.)
