I am a first-time subscriber, so I apologize if posting here comes off as impatient, but I had a question about this month's order:
On the "My Orders" page, it shows that this order has been Completed, which usually suggests it's been shipped, but under the tracking info it says both "Not Yet Shipped" and "Items have been shipped" so I am thoroughly confused!
If someone could help me figure this all out, I'll be able to rest easier knowing that USPS didn't lose my order or something similar.

What you are seeing is related to the way we ship out the orders. Normally when we ship out an order it gets scanned out and the order updates to completed and that will be reflected everywhere. With the subscription orders we do large batches that we call print runs. This means that we print the shipping labels for all identical orders at the same time. For instance all of the folks who only have an Adventure Path subscription will all have their shipping labels printed out at the same time. When the label is printed the order is "shipped out" as far as some of our systems are concerned so your orders page will show it as completed. However it can still take some time to get them all actually shipped out so we have a ship by date that we expect to be done with all the shipping (this month your shipping email would have said "will ship by Friday, November 13th"). That ship by date is what the portion telling you that the order has not shipped is tied to. Once that shipping window is through it should update as well.
You order left the building on November 6. The tracking information suggests that it was handed off to the post office for delivery yesterday, So it should be delivered in the next few days.
