Prestige Awards from other Factions

Is the any way to pick up a Prestige Award from a different faction?

For example picking up the Noble Title award from Sovereign Court, while remaining a member of the Grand Lodge.

There is at least one module that unlocks a specific award from a faction, and one scenario that does something similar.

Other than what Zak said, there is no way to do it other than swapping factions. You keep any prestige awards that you bought when swapping factions.

I think there is also a con boon or two

One scenario gives particular faction members the ability to purchase a single different faction boon but it is a 7-11.

That is not correct.

Guide to Organized Play Page 17 wrote:

Changing your faction costs a number of Prestige Points equal to 3 times your character level, but does not alter your Fame score. (Prestige Points and Fame are fully explained in Chapter 5). You retain your faction traits, if any, but lose any faction-specific Prestige Awards you have accumulated during your time with your old faction; generic Prestige Awards from Table 5–4 and Vanities (Pathfinder Society Field Guide 60) are unaffected.

I believe there was an exception to that rule for the free faction changes in Season 6, hence the confusion.
